General process of order

Simply add to cart the articles and valid your shopping cart.
You can pay with credit card, Paypal, check or cash. You 'll receive a confirmation's order email which will indicate the detail of your purchase. We will send you a new email as soon as your order is sent. Anyway at any time you can follow the treatment of your order : you just have to register on the web site in the section "Already registered" and click on "View complete order history"

Hi I would like to order some of your patterns and when I click on the shopping cart or the paypal button it says my cart is empty. How do I finish the transacticon. Thank You Marty

For each pattern simply click on "add to cart" and click on "Continue shopping" if you wish to order others patterns. You can at every time check your cart by clicking on "your cart" at the top of the screen : it shows how many items you have in your cart (for example : Your Cart: 2 Item(s))

Once you want to valid your cart, click on "your cart" and on the next page click on "checkout"
or on the Paypal logo (Checkout with Paypal).

How to reach your download area ?
	You just have to register on the web site in the section : "Already registerd". Then click on "Enter the download area".

I am from the USA and it says the pattern I want is 5 EURO...how much will I be charged and can I pay with USA paypal?
	Yes, you can pay with Paypal US patterns sold in Euros. You won't be charged. Paypal will do an automatic conversion between Euros and Dollars when you pay the pattern.

Jewels patterns are in French and i would like a jewel's pattern in English, is it possible ?
	Yes it's possible. To order jewel's patterns in English, go to the English version's website (by clicking on the English flag on the homepage). Then select the "Jewels Patterns" category and choose your pattern.

Jewel's patterns orders

To order a jewel's pattern is very simple ! Add the pattern to your shopping cart and valid it.
If you choose to pay with Paypal or credit card, you will receive just after your order a confirmation's order email in which you 'll find a download link towards your pattern on the website.
If you choose to pay with check or cash, you will receive just after your order a confirmation's order email in which you 'll find a link towards your complete order history on the website. After receiving your payment (usually 3 or 4 days after you send it), your pattern will be avalaible in your download area.
